Silvia Tcherassi has been in the fashion world for 15 years, and has established her brand all over Europe and Latin America. With her PrĂȘt-a-porter and bridal collections, she is now braking into the American market with force. Her style is eclectic and romantic. For her spring PrĂȘt-a-porter collection, there were organically beautiful accessories made from rubber, fabrics, grosgrain etc, and all playing apart in her designs. There were very crisp clean white shirts, some with chiffon overlay that was very innovative. There were beautiful voluminous pleated skirts, detachable ruffle collars, like necklace, as well as playful drape prints and textures. Colors were fun and playful. You can buy Silvias collections in Miami, and in top fashion shops all over Latin America, Europe, and Asia, as well as in her native country of Columbia.
Argentine designer Min Agostini spring collection was refreshing with a white and grey color pallet. Her shapes are very simple, yet the way she creates her own fabric textures using tucks, pleats, and overlapped seams added an interesting 3 dimensional effect to the pieces. Each garment was sculpted to perfection. She was awarded the prestigious "Tijera de Plata" in Argentina, and the best designer of the year by "Puro Diseno". She is now trying to establish her brand in the American market, and is quickly gained media attention.
